It was an enchanted evening celebrating Operation Warm Wishes
I live by the motto, “Every day is an opportunity to make a difference.” Our words and acts of love and kindness can truly make a difference.
Operation Warm Wishes was created because I wanted to help people regardless of who they are and give them hope. To remind those who have fallen down that they can get back up again. Our homeless our downtrodden.
I’ve learned a lot over the years. I’ve learned how to do what is right and not what is easy. It’s easy to reject and judge and hate, and assume. It’s easy to make excuses.
Doing what is right is not always easy. It takes a lot strength and often time courage.
On Saturday April 14th 2018 Operation Warm Wishes had a 10 year anniversary celebration gala and fundraiser at the historic Wilcox Manor in Old Town Tustin. It was an enchanted evening of reflection and recognition.
A beautiful time and I’m still in awe.
Because of you, we are able to do even more in the lives of our homeless, youth and families in need. I’m excited. I’m inspired. I’m motivated.
